This recipe makes 4 servings
1 lb (16oz) chicken
2 tbsp (34g) sugar free orange marmalade
6 tbsp (90g) sugar free bbq sauce
1 tsp liquid aminos (or reduced sodium soy sauce)
Cut chicken into cubes. Add salt and pepper then cook in a skillet on medium heat with cooking spray. Once chicken is almost cooked, add in the marmalade, bbq sauce, and liquid aminos. Simmer on low heat for 2-3 minutes. I served mine with riced cauliflower.
