3 oz cooked chicken
85g riced cauliflower
170g broccoli 
28g Velveeta shreds

I crockpot my chicken. Add about 1/4 cup water to the crockpot, then add chicken with some salt and pepper. Cook on high around 3-3.5 hours, then shred. Microwave riced cauliflower and broccoli and add to container, then top with chicken and cheese.
