You will receive:
- Customized calorie and macronutrient setting tailored to you based on a detailed questionnaire that you will complete. This includes a steady daily count as well as a calorie cycle option (calorie cycle will be set based on the number of “higher calorie days” you prefer, typically 1 or 2)
- Estimated current maintenance calories and BMR
- Complete Macro Tracking Nutrition Guide: weighing and measuring food, setting up MFP, tracking alcohol, MFP tips, creating recipes, adjusting macros for when weight loss plateaus, calorie cycling, and more.
- Recipes with macro breakdowns
- Eating on the go guide
