Are the workouts for home or gym?
Both. You’ll receive 5 workouts per week with home and gym options, programmed with progressive overload to support fat loss, muscle building, and strength gains.
Is Shred focused only on weight loss?
Shred is designed for fat loss, but the goal is not just the scale. The program emphasizes muscle retention and building, improved body composition, and sustainable habits — not extreme restriction.
Can I do Shred while breastfeeding?
Yes. Breastfeeding is taken into account when macros are set to support milk supply while still allowing for progress.
Do I need to have experience with training or macros?
Shred is best suited for women who are familiar with tracking macros and strength training or are confident they can follow structured guidance. Exercise demos, form cues, and educational resources are provided to support you throughout the program.
What kind of support is included?
You’ll have access to educational resources, in-app tracking tools, and a supportive group community, plus weekly office hours with Emma for guidance, clarification, and ongoing support throughout the program. This allows you to ask questions, get direction, and stay aligned while following the plan.
Can I track my progress in the app?
Yes. You can log workouts, track weight trends, body measurements, progress photos, and monitor consistency directly inside the app.
