Metabolic Priming is about setting the foundation so fat loss actually works. Instead of jumping straight into “eat less, do more,” this phase focuses on fueling your body properly, stabilizing biofeedback (energy, hunger, digestion, sleep), and rebuilding consistency with protein, fiber, steps, and strength training. This is where we undo years of under-eating, dieting stress, and inconsistency—so when you enter a fat loss phase, your body is responsive, not resistant. Shred is the strategic fat loss phase.
