You’ll receive fully custom macros, individualized training designed around your specific goals, weekly check-ins, and daily communication with your coach. Do I have to track forever?

How long is the 1:1 coaching commitment?

1:1 coaching requires a 3-month minimum commitment, as meaningful fat loss and body recomposition take time. Most clients choose to work with us for 6–12 months, allowing time to move through fat loss, refinement, and lifestyle integration for results that last.

Shred With Em is a 6-week, results-driven fat loss program (with 2 bonus weeks of app access) that combines custom macros, progressive strength training, and structured support to help you lose fat while building strength and consistency.

How long is the program?

The core program runs for 6 weeks, with 2 additional bonus weeks of app access to help you maintain momentum and transition after the program.

Do I receive custom macros?

Yes. Shred includes personalized macro targets, including calorie cycling to support real life and weekends, while still driving results.

Are the workouts for home or gym?

Both. You’ll receive 5 workouts per week with home and gym options, programmed with progressive overload to support fat loss, muscle building, and strength gains.

Is Shred focused only on weight loss?

Shred is designed for fat loss, but the goal is not just the scale. The program emphasizes muscle retention and building, improved body composition, and sustainable habits — not extreme restriction.

Can I do Shred while breastfeeding?

Yes. Breastfeeding is taken into account when macros are set to support milk supply while still allowing for progress.
