No Bake Cinnamon Toast Crunch Protein Cheesecake

Ready in minutes, high protein, & delicious!

What you’ll need:
1 vanilla non fat Greek yogurt or 150g (I used Two Good)
17g Cinnabun protein powder (I used HAPI- code birthday- ends 8/12)
21g (2 tbsp) whipped cream cheese
7g (1 tbsp) SF cheesecake pudding mix
10g Cinnamon Toast Crunch

How to make:
Combine yogurt, cream cheese, protein powder, & pudding powder. Mix completely.

Smooth mixture into a bowl. Can eat immediately, but for best results, refrigerate for an hour first, or put in the freezer for around 10 minutes. Then add cereal to the top when ready to eat.

These are prep friendly! I would just wait to put the cereal on when ready to eat.

While I don’t love meal plans because people oft

While I don’t love meal plans because people often use them as a crutch and never learn to diet successfully without one, I do believe in having repetition in your meals each day.

I personally eat the same breakfast and lunch daily during the week, as well as my nightly creami. Do I have to? No. But, I love these meals, they have little to no prep, and I can pre log them daily for the week. Huge time saver and takes the guesswork out of my day.

I give myself variety in my dinner and creami mix-ins. I can also very easily interchange my English muffin for frozen waffles, mini bagels or oatmeal for nearly the same calories. Same goes for my blueberries, I can swap with other berries or fruit & change up the seasoning on my egg beaters, add cheese, etc. if I want.

Having staple meals you can pre log will save you tons of time, eliminate guesswork, allow you to prep ahead of time, and pre log ahead of time.

Southwest Chicken Salad

Great for meal prep! High protein, low calorie, doesn’t need heated, and is ready in minutes!

You’ll need:
1 5oz can chunk chicken breast (can also use 3oz rotisserie or cooked chicken you shred)
80g low fat cottage cheese (can also use non fat Greek yogurt)
1 tsp taco seasoning
28g fat free or reduced fat shredded Mexican cheese
30g (1/8 cup) unsalted black beans
30g (1/8 cup) corn
30g (1/8 cup) rotel (I use unsalted)
Salt & pepper to taste
*optional: jalapeños

How to make:
Drain and rinse black beans and corn. Drain can of chicken and add to a bowl with rest of ingredients. If cottage cheese texture bothers you, add to a blender with taco seasoning, then mix with rest of ingredients.

Mix well, serve with lavash chips, carrots, on a wrap, in lettuce wraps, salad, lite bread... so versatile!

Store in airtight container in refrigerator. Perfect for meal prep too!

Macros: 290 calories- 41p/17c/7.5f

For the chips I make them from Joseph’s Lavash bread. Cut lavash into triangles, spray with cooking spray, then add salt.

Bake on 400 for 5-6 minutes. Once cool, they are crispy.

For the whole “lunch box” I made: 1 serving or chicken salad, 1/2 lavash wrap chips for:

Increasing food volume is the best way to decrease hunger when you’re dieting. This is also one of the reasons most people say they’re so full when they start counting macros. It feels like you’re eating more food, because the food you’re eating takes up more space in your stomach.

Smooth mixture into a bowl, top with sprinkles.

Can eat immediately, but for best results, refrigerate for an hour first, or put in the freezer for around 10 minutes.
