Christmas Tree Cake Creami with 27g protein + unde Christmas Tree Cake Creami with 27g protein + under 400 calories!

Base:
1 scoop (34g) protein (I use @itshapibodi vanilla or marshmallow fluff)
7g sugar free pudding mix (white chocolate)
300 ml unsweetened almond milk 

Combine ingredients, mix with hand blender, freeze overnight, or at least 8 hours. 

Add pint to ninja creami on light ice cream setting. After first spin, add splash of unsweetened almond milk then use the re-spin setting. 

Depending on the protein you use, you might need more re-spins. Once texture is smooth, add half of the Christmas Tree cake to the pint, then use the mix-ins setting. Once mixed, add the remaining cake to the top of your ice cream. (If trying to use less calories, leave the other half of the cake off)

Macros: 399 calories- 27p/ 44c/13.5f
Macros for pint w/ half the cake: 289 calories- 27p/28c/8.5f

Same hand: Dumbbell will be on the same side as your planted leg. Offers the most stability and control of your upper body, and for this reason it’s the most beginner friendly. 

Opposite hand: Dumbbell will be on the opposite side of your planted leg. Harder to stabilize and balance. Targets your glute medius the best. 

Both hands: There is more stability and control, and you have the ability to load more weight with this variation. 

For more quad focus in your split squats, take a shorter or more narrow stance. If you want more glutes and hamstrings focus, then use a wider/longer stance with a slight forward lean.

Oatmeal Cream Pie Cheesecake 😍 I know it’s C Oatmeal Cream Pie Cheesecake 😍

I know it’s Christmas Tree Cake season, but this dessert lets the OG shine. Super easy & delicious! 

1 box Oatmeal Cream Pies
1 box no bake cheesecake mix
1.5 cups milk
1 container whipped buttercream icing

Line a pie dish with oatmeal cream pies. You’ll have to cut some in half to line the sides as well.

For the cheesecake, mix according to box. (Just blend cheesecake mix and milk until smooth & thick)

Poor cheesecake mix onto oatmeal cream pie “crust” and refrigerate at least 8 hours.

When ready to serve, crumble additional oatmeal cream pies on top, then add dollops of buttercream icing. (I don’t have a piping bag, so I put the icing in a ziplock bag, cut the tip of a corner and used that)

1 @twogood vanilla yogurt 
1 Keebler mini pie crust 
12g (2tbsp) PB2 powder 
7g sugar free cheesecake pudding mix
1 tbsp sugar free syrup 
1 mini Reese’s cup

Mix 6g (1tbsp) PB2 into yogurt. After well combined, mix in 7g sf pudding mix. The mixture is enough to make 2 pies, you’ll only use half to fill one pie crust. 

For the pb drizzle, mix 6g (1tbsp) PB2, 1 tbsp sf syrup, and 1 tbsp water and stir until it’s mixed and has a smooth consistency. This also makes enough for 2 pies. 

Spoon half of the yogurt mixture into pie crust, then drizzle half of the peanut butter mixture on top. Chop a mini Reese’s cup into pieces and add to pie. 

Refrigerate for 30 minutes to an hour then enjoy!

Macros for one pie: 255 calories- 12p/30c/9f
