2 corn tortillas (I used Great Value)
4oz tilapia (I used frozen)
1/2 serving broccoli slaw
30g guacamole (I used Good Foods)
Seasoning of choice (I used Mrs. Dash Southwest Chipotle)
Let tilapia thaw in a bowl of warm water. Spray skillet with cooking spray and tilapia. I use a little spray butter with the seasoning. Heat tortillas according to package, then add slaw, tilapia, salsa, and guacamole. Optional toppings: cheese, fat free sour cream.
