Veggie Snack Box


85g carrot sticks
100g cuke (mini cucumber)
4 cherry tomatoes
50g non fat plain Greek yogurt
1tsp ranch dip mix
Pickles (optional)

Mix greek yogurt with ranch dip mix and a pinch of salt. Put into small container with lid. Chop up your cuke and add to container with other veggies. I sprinkle mine with everything but the bagel seasoning. You can add a boiled egg, string cheese, or deli lunch meat for extra protein.
